If you want to live purposefully you have to think mindfully and the only thing you should be mindful of is how the thought you're thinking feels.
Everything in your personal life, every bit of what's going on with you, is a manifested metaphorical translation of how you mostly feel. You can't hide - your experience of the world is utterly and uniquely a mirror reflection of how you mostly feel; which is a very good thing. I'd say get in touch with your emotions, but I'd rather say it better: Get in TUNE with your emotions, the rest takes care of itself. Your emotions are your powerful GPS, unerringly. Phew. <3
